Please toilet your dog before the groom.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason. Aggressive dogs: a fee applies and the groom may be cancelled at full cost.
If nail clipping is a struggle, Jax may ask you to help; failing that, it's off to the vet.
Heavily matted dogs may require a full clip and a matting fee will apply. Dogs are accepted if fit & healthy; grooming an elderly dog is at the owner's risk.
No anal gland expression (a job for a licensed vet). Dogs found with fleas require a mandatory flea wash and a fee applies.
Cancellation or re-scheduling requires 24 hours notice to waive 50% of the appointment fee; the full fee is charged if less than 24 hours and for no-shows.
